Job Responsibilities:
∎ As the Factory Operations Manager, you will lead the charge in achieving our manufacturing goals and maintaining the smooth operation of our factory. Your responsibilities will include:
∎ Developing and implementing the manufacturing objectives and goals for the factory.
∎ Taking charge of end-to-end operations, including manufacturing, quality control, and maintenance.
∎ Managing a dedicated team of employees and staff, setting performance standards, and ensuring the seamless execution of factory operations.
∎ Ensuring the optimal functionality of factory machinery and equipment.
∎ Prioritizing the safety of all employees and maintaining a safe working environment within the factory.
∎ Conducting regular inspections of finished products to uphold our established quality standards.
∎ Collaborating with key stakeholders and promptly reporting any issues or improvements required.
∎ Motivating and guiding factory workers to meet and exceed production targets.
∎ Analyzing production data to identify and resolve operational challenges, improving efficiency and productivity.
∎ Preparing comprehensive weekly reports on production and stock levels.
∎ Fulfilling any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the management.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
