Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As the Factory Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire manufacturing process of garment accessories. You will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our factory operations.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement manufacturing objectives and goals aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
∎ 2. End-to-end Operations: Oversee all aspects of factory operations, including dyeing, manufacturing, quality control, and maintenance, to ensure seamless production processes.
∎ 3. Team Management: Lead and manage a dedicated team of employees and staff, setting performance standards and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
∎ 4. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure optimal functionality of factory machinery and equipment, implementing preventive maintenance measures to minimize downtime.
∎ 5. Safety and Compliance: Prioritize the safety of all employees and maintain a safe working environment within the factory, adhering to industry regulations and compliance standards.
∎ 6. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of finished products to uphold established quality standards and meet customer expectations.
∎ 7. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including suppliers and buyers, to address any issues or improvements required in the manufacturing process.
∎ 8. Employee Engagement: Motivate and guide factory workers to achieve production targets, providing support and guidance to enhance productivity and morale.
∎ 9. Operational Analysis: Analyze production data to identify operational challenges, implement solutions, and optimize efficiency and productivity.
∎ 10. Reporting and Inventory Management: Prepare comprehensive weekly reports on production metrics and stock inventory levels to support decision-making and planning processes.
∎ 11. Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Fulfill any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in meeting organizational needs.
