Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage cash incentives, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
∎ Handle processing and documentation of cash incentives, collaborating with relevant departments for accurate and timely submissions.
∎ Stay updated on customs regulations for smooth processing of custom bonds in international shipments.
∎ Collaborate with finance teams to reconcile financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports on cash incentives, custom bonds, and financial transactions.
∎ Independently handle activities related to cash incentives, working with BGMEA/BTMA, audit firms, and other relevant offices.
∎ Monitor sale contract shipments, ensuring all formalities are prepared for the cash incentive facility.
∎ Collect required certificates for cash incentives, calculating amounts as per government regulations.
∎ Address auditor queries, submit missing documents, and facilitate the issuance of a cash incentive certificate.
∎ Manage customs clearance of imported materials, in-bond/inter-bond, and ex-bond/out-bond operations with the BBLC process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Sound knowledge of financial regulations and customs procedures.
∎ • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
∎ • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
∎ • Proactive attitude with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
