∎ Strong understanding of melamine board, wood, fabric, metal, lacquer, MS/SS and other furniture-related materials.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Production Planning: Develop schedules and workflows to meet production targets.
∎ Efficiency Management: Optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
∎ Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards and comply with regulations.
∎ Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate factory workers, technicians and supervisors.
∎ Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents.
∎ Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Ensure raw materials are available and minimize production delays.
∎ Cost Control: Manage budgets and reduce unnecessary expenses.
∎ Equipment Maintenance: Oversee machinery maintenance and repairs to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production challenges efficiently.
∎ Reporting & Analysis: Track production performance and report to senior management.
∎ Any other task assigned by the top management.
