∎ A bachelor's degree is required. Candidates without a bachelor's degree will not be considered. A master's degree is preferred.
∎ Any course/diploma on seafood industry, factory management, labor management, project planning, etc. will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Job Analysis & Manpower Planning, Management and Leadership, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Problem solving and analytical skill, Production
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Labor Management, Negotiation Skills, Production planning, Production/ Operation Management, Quality Assurance or Quality Control., Team management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and oversee overall production of the company.
∎ Make production plan including labor and machinery schedule based on raw materials received and execute the plan.
∎ Provide leadership and supervision to production manager, shift supervisors and executives to ensure timely and efficient production while minimizing waste.
∎ Liaison with labor contractors to ensure sufficient labor is present as required while minimizing cost.
∎ Working with quality control team to maintain a hygienic environment and meet all International quality benchmarks.
∎ Cooperate with every department in the company as required.
∎ Work with machine room team to ensure proper maintenance of machines and smooth operations.
∎ Innovate new ways to cut costs and increase overall efficiency.
