∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Master’s degree will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with the organization's overall objectives considering factors such as cost, quality, availability and sustainability.
∎ Implement cost-effective procurement strategies to optimize expenditure while upholding product quality and reliability.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate favorable contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality, delivery, and pricing expectations.
∎ Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to delivery and payment processing.
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as finance, operations, and quality control, to align procurement strategies with business objectives, support project requirements, and optimize cross-functional processes.
∎ Conduct market survey to develop alternative suppliers for price competitiveness, improved quality & enhanced sourcing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ At least 5 years’ experience in a procurement position. Candidates with longer experience will be preferred.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

∎ Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulatory requirements.
∎ Excellent negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
∎ Strong focus on ethical business practices, honesty and integrity.
∎ Be enthusiastic, hardworking, committed, result oriented and a capable team-player.
∎ Excellent IT skills including expertise of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
∎ Be proficient in Bangla and English. Candidates who speak Chatgaiya will be preferred.
