∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory Administration, Factory Operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Paper

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after administrative matters including discipline, safety & security, land etc. of the Mill.
∎ Properly handle all kinds of regulatory, Authority, Autonomous, relevant govt, semi govt and private company affairs.
∎ Make and monitor duty roster plan for factory employees.
∎ Managing Industrial Conflicts (considering the threshold and optimum level).
∎ Ensure compliance to local govt. regulations.
∎ Handling the accidents and such cases, manage, coordination with relevant govt. offices and law enforcing agencies.
∎ Maintain Factory hygiene and cleanliness.
∎ Development good administrative process flow in Factory.
∎ Security arrangement as per requirement Formulate of different policies Ensure security & safety of the factory premises in coordination with Security Department.
∎ Take proper care of employee grievances.
∎ Ensure good understanding and coordination with all departments.
∎ Ensure timely reporting to Top Management.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate having experience in the Paper industry will get preference.
∎ Well experienced in Admin functions in a reputed company.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Willingness to work independently in a fast-paced environment with self-direction under pressure.
∎ Good knowledge on Bangladesh Labor and Industrial Law.
