Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in working in a similar role of any denim garments manufacturing unit/ fabric mill.
∎ Should have in-depth knowledge of all aspects of fabric manufacturing process
∎ Strong communication skills in written & spoken English & Bengali
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Must have good knowledge in computer application packages (Especially in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
∎ Experienced in working in a similar role of any denim garments manufacturing unit/ fabric mill.
∎ Should have in-depth knowledge of all aspects of fabric manufacturing process

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work with designers and suppliers to develop new fabrics with the required properties (e.g., weight, texture, stretch, and sustainability).
∎ Collaborate with fabric mills and suppliers to ensure timely fabric development and delivery.
∎ Provide technical support to the fabric sourcing team and merchandiser
∎ Provide technical support during the garment manufacturing process to avoid fabric-related production issues.
∎ Maintain records on fabrics development and its technical sheets to update fabric library and build fabric archives.
∎ Any other task assigned by management as and when required.
