Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/IP) from any reputed Public/Private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate and issue instructions to factory shop floor and facilitate execution of production instructions by allocating appropriate resources.
∎ Prepare cascade and execute production plans and adjust operational activities by situation assessment according to available information and resources for optimum production
∎ Control cost of production by efficient management of available resources as per standards and safeguarding quality and safety of people and products.
∎ Running a Shift operation independently on need basis.
∎ Ensure product and process compliance Hygiene, Food safety as per Arla CoP
∎ Ensure work place safety and adherence to the QEHS guidelines to all team members.
∎ Measure, analyse and control line performance, stoppages, labour efficiency and cost variance by using available systems / tools.
∎ Review process failures and execute continuous improvement activities by identifying opportunities, accessing proposals and implementation.
∎ Coordinate with other departments for production related activities viz. trials, new product development.
∎ Support the team on CM, TPM exploration considering future demand.
∎ Independently do all the ISO audit activities in your respective department.
∎ Start SHO (Shift handover in shop floor) Coach and mentor the members of team to increase productivity and efficiency by facilitating SHO concept.
∎ Prepare & Develop visual management in line (i.e. Pictorial SOPs) & train the team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 0 to 2 years' experience in production or quality functions in Chemical/FMCG industry.
∎ Should have knowledge on specific product and technology know-how.Should have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Females are HIGHLY Encouraged to apply.
∎ Understand mixing & filling-packing operations and best practices
∎ Understand components of total cost of production and factors to influence it.
∎ Understand Food Safety & Hygiene. QMS, HACCP.
∎ Know relevant statutory, company and factory standards, rules and procedures
∎ Understand health, safety and environmental principles
∎ Effective communication both verbal and written
∎ Computer Knowledge (Specially on Ms excel) to generate reports on need basis.
