Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Daily Man Power setup as per production target
∎ Receive raw materials by following SOP
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production Reports and reconciliation reports
∎ Good Knowledge of Toast, Cake, IPD, and Cookies Production
∎ Reduction of time and waste. Ensure Production Cost as per slandered (Gas, Diesel, Electricity, Generator & Manpower)
∎ Follow up export-related production and assist HOD in ensuring export-oriented standard packaging
∎ Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimum results
∎ Assist HOD to ensure continuous development of production process to increase productivity
∎ Responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time delivery
∎ Collaborate with distribution, Maintenance, and quality to ensure quality production
∎ Collect and analyze production data to find waste
∎ Supervise and monitor the production supervisor and officer’s job to improve operations and reduce wastage
∎ Identify daily production problems and solve them immediately for a smooth production system
∎ Provide training to workers to increase productivity
∎ Perform any other assigned by the supervisor
∎ Join a leading food and beverage industry giant and play a key role in driving production excellence. As an Executive/Senior Executive in Production, you will oversee and optimize the manufacturing process from start to finish. Your responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, and adherence to safety standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will lead initiatives to enhance production workflows and drive continuous improvement.
