∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare manpower budget, manpower planning, and recruit accordingly. Recruit the right candidate for the right place.
∎ Design Compensation and Benefits package for the employees and bring it into the Breakeven point.
∎ Prepare, design and implement performance management systems and implement.
∎ Monitor regular attendance & late report.
∎ Control employee turnover.
∎ Disciplinary action and grievance handling as per organization policy & labor law.
∎ Ensure employees training & development program.
∎ Design Employee engagement program and implement it.
∎ Improve, maintain, and introduce new regulations in terms and conditions.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years

∎ As per as company policy.
