Experience Requirements
Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in sales, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. Experience in FMCG, Retail, Electronics, Consumer Goods, or a reputed conglomerate group will be highly preferred.

Job Context
A leading and rapidly expanding conglomerate group is looking for a highly motivated, strategic, and performance-driven AGM/DGM (Sales) to lead nationwide sales operations. The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth, increasing market share, managing large sales teams, developing strategic sales initiatives, strengthening channel networks, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth across the country.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives.
Lead, motivate, coach, and monitor regional and national sales teams.
Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profitability targets.
Develop and manage distributors, dealers, and key corporate accounts.
Monitor sales KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
Prepare MIS reports and present business performance to management.
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Implement sales policies, SOPs, and performance improvement initiatives.
Salary:
BDT 100,000 – 250,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
