Job Context

Experience in footwear or garments manufacturing companies will get preference. It’s a full-time job. The job location will be at the factory premises located at Hotapara, Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities

• The candidate is to be experienced in working with reputed European/American Footwear buyers.

• Candidates having experience working with H&M will get preference.

• To manage all the annual and seasonal targets of orders from related buyers.       

• The candidate must be able to manage the buyer from initial business communication to shipment.       

• Candidates must ensure solid costing experience and good negotiation skills to fix the final price.       

• Order management files have to be maintained daily.       

• To ensure that every order complies with the buyer`s requirements and to confirm the shoe delivery date.       

• To generate BOM (Bill of Materials) for individual order sheets.      

• Candidates will get a preference for shoe ERP knowledge and practical experience.      

• Responsible for Sample query, CBD sheet, and order sheet for individual articles and orders in the ERP system.       

• To ensure good communication with the buyers and material suppliers to meet buyer requirements & to ensure cross-functional activities with the R&D, planning, and SCM team members.       

• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
