∎ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
∎ Experience: 1-3 years of HR experience in the garments, textiles, or manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and enforce floor rules and regulations accordingly.
∎ Maintain and update personal files for all employees.
∎ Check unauthorized absentee reports, verify with concerned sections, and forward them to the C&B team.
∎ Oversee uniform procedures and distribution.
∎ Process death claims for group insurance under BGMEA and BKMEA.
∎ Conduct daily monitoring of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage.
∎ Inspect fire equipment on the factory floor.
∎ Ensure worker recruitment & Follow up staff recruitment.
∎ Ensure compliance with company SOPs in the QAD section and compacting machines.
∎ Monitor third party worker.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and adherence to labor laws and company policies.
