Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in CSE
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Post Graduate Diploma in HRM.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HRIS/ HR Database Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
∎ Support i-recruitment automation process, ensure ID raise and employee ID of newly joined employees with 100% accuracy in accordance with manpower requisition.
∎ To ensure proper information entry of regular employees in HRIS.
∎ To create employees profile in HRIS.
∎ To create Transfer, regularization, Promotion, Increment, Decrement, Disciplinary action etc.
∎ To provide technical support for attendance/leave relation activities and Co-ordinate with IT department for various HRMS software related activities.
∎ Conducting relevant IT examinations of candidates in different stages and evaluating IT exam papers.
∎ Any other information update in HRIS.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
∎ Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
∎ Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
∎ Good Technical knowledge of IT Products.
∎ Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
∎ Candidates should have the ability to flawlessly multi-task and thrive under pressure and deadlines.
