Additional Requirements:
Advanced-level user of computer spreadsheet along with other MS office tools.
Excellent writing, typing and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Strategic thinker problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.Must have positive attitude to work the night shift.
Responsibilities & Context:
To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection Policy & Procedure.
Conduct background check, reference check and a verification of identity before confirming employment of candidate.
To maintain the employee`s Personal file with all related papers as up-to-date.
Support to care for Disciplinary and regulatory issues as per Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law 2019 & Bangladesh EPZ Labor Rules 2022 and provide support in different disciplinary actions, i.e. warning, termination, dismissal, etc.
Prepare different MIS reports as and when required.
Assist to Employee engagement activities across the organization Coordinate other HR operational works as per requirement.
Any other task assigned by the management.
