Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving and ensuring manpower requisition, post job ads (CV Bank, BD Jobs, and LinkedIn) and shortlist applicants for recruitment purposes.
∎ Updating and maintaining job description and requisition.
∎ Making Contact with applicants, performing oral and written tests (if necessary), and conducting Communicating with shortlisted candidates, compensation negotiation, reference checks, Recruiting approvals, and issuance of appointment letters, drafting & processing important documents.
∎ Ensuring all joining-related processes and seating arrangement and logistic support for new employees.
∎ Create, manage and update personal files for every employee both current and former.
∎ Updating daily sales reports and speaking with the supervisor to gain better ideas for skill improvement.
∎ Plan orientation and all training sessions.
∎ Organizing and directing training sessions in accordance with the requirements of the firm.
∎ Compiling training reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
∎ Assist in revising strategy and procedures to improve HR operations' effectiveness and alignment with employee's goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Proficient in English & Bangla in writing must.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in team
