Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
Experience in footwear or garments manufacturing companies will get preference. The position has been designed to look after recruitment activities and data management.
Job Responsibilities
Carry out manpower planning to forecast future demand and supply.
To advertise for short-listing candidates, draft interview protocols, perform reference checks, conduct interviews, etc.
Communicate with the concerned section head and IE department to arrange workers’ performance evaluation as per schedule.
To prepare workers’ assessment data sheets for management approval.
To collect all the relevant documents required to complete personal files and put information on the software on time.
Formulate and implement HR-related plans, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Management of Personal files and issuing lefty letters as per policy.
Look after occupational health and safety issues for the assigned area.
To carry out floor visits for checking health & safety and compliance issues.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
