Job Context:
∎ A renowned Knit Composite Garments factory is looking for potential candidates for the position of Executive/Sr. Executive (Fabrics Production Planning) at its factory, Gazipur.
∎ The factory has capacity of producing 20 tons Gray fabrics, 30 tons Finished Fabrics and 1.5 lac pieces garments per day.
∎ Job location for the position is Gazipur, Factory Office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidates will make effective monthly Fabrics Production Planning of the received orders under the guidance of Manager- Fabric Planning.
∎ The candidates have to make proper coordination with Marketing & Merchandising, Supply Chain, Work Study, Production (Knitting, Dyeing, Printing & Embroidery) and other related departments of the factory to make effective Fabric Planning.
∎ The candidates have to ensure proper maintenance of TNA in every steps of production and timely delivery of Finished Fabrics in the Cutting section.
∎ The ideal candidate has to make effective fabric production plan by using ERP Software /MS Excel. Candidates having experience of Fabric Planning by using Fast React Software will get preference.
∎ Candidates having minimum 2 yrs. of hands on relevant experience in Fabrics Production Planning in any reputed Knit Composite Garments factory are only encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have hands on experience to make Fabric Production Planning with MS Excel/ ERP/Fast React Software.
∎ The ideal candidate should have the capacity to make effective fabric production planning, proper coordination, supply chain management and follow up productions to maintain TNA.
∎ Should have proven leadership & communication skills
∎ Should have strong analytical skills and reporting skills.
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic, sincere & result oriented
