∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service (CS) in Garments Accessories.

Job Context:
∎ We’re looking for an agile, and highly motivated creative professional for CS Department.
∎ Organization Background: MNC/ Reputed organization where systematic approaches are placed.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have close contact with the customer for order booking and share shipment date.
∎ Order entry in ERP system and share same to concern department.
∎ Update the customer about shipment and production status prior to delivery.
∎ To solve the customer’s complain (if any) after shipment.
∎ To ensure payment is received from buyer on time.
∎ Work on new product development with consulting NPD and Costing.
∎ To give clear overview to the customer about the product/new product.
∎ To maintain good relationship & communication (oral & mail) with the customers.
∎ To maintain good relationship with internal department for smooth operation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Proficiency in ERP.
∎ Customer focus & good listening skill.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
