Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing MIS activities for Business Assurance – RBS

  • Supporting credit management, financial analysis, invoicing & issuing Proforma Invoice (PI)

  • Coordinating audits in line with the global scheme and client-specific procedures

  • Ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery to clients

  • Handling audit logistics, auditor allocation, and schedule management

  • Maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all audit-related communications

  • Interpreting and disseminating updates on laws, rules, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Responding promptly to client and affiliate queries
