Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Fashion Design / Apparel Merchandising or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in circular knit garments

• Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)

• Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong knowledge of knit fabrics, GSM, yarn types, dyeing, and finishing processes

• Familiarity with buyer quality standards and compliance requirements

NDS9 is an international supply chain buying office having multi country operations in the world. For our Dhaka Office to support expanding Circular knit business, we are looking for a skilled and proactive Merchandiser – Circular Knits to manage end-to-end merchandising activities for knit garments. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, sound technical knowledge of circular knit fabrics, and hands-on experience working with buyers, factories, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality production.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle complete merchandising process from order confirmation to shipment

• Communicate with overseas buyers regarding orders, specifications, approvals, and delivery schedules

• Prepare and follow up on T&A plans, costing sheets, and order sheets

• Coordinate with sampling, sourcing, production, quality, and commercial teams

• Ensure fabric, trims, and accessories sourcing as per buyer requirements and timelines

• Follow up on lab dips, strike-offs, fit samples, size set, and pre-production samples

• Monitor production status and ensure on-time delivery

• Maintain proper documentation for orders, approvals, and shipment files

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and ethical practices

• Address buyer queries, claims, and corrective actions efficiently
