Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering (IPE), or a related field.

Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel for report generation and familiarity with quality tools like Pareto charts or fishbone diagrams.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate between production teams, merchandisers, and buyer representatives.
• Pre-Production Oversight: Conduct pre-production (PP) meetings to ensure technical requirements are understood and approve PP samples before bulk manufacturing.
• Raw Material Inspection: Audit incoming fabrics, trims, and accessories to verify they meet buyer specifications and quality standards.
• In-Line & End-Line Quality Control: Perform regular inspections during sewing and finishing to identify construction, stitching, or workmanship defects.
• Quality Assurance Systems: Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Management Systems (QMS) to prevent recurring defects.
• Measurement & Fit Verification: Check garment fit and measurements against buyer-provided tech packs and measurement charts.
• Final Inspection & Reporting: Execute Final Random Inspections (FRI) based on AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards and prepare detailed QC reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on failed inspections and implement corrective actions (CAPA) with factory teams.
