Responsibilities & Context:
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate activities of the Business Development of Training Academy.
Promote and develop Training Academy business to achieve company revenue targets.
Build and maintain key customer relationships. Identify business opportunities, negotiate deals and ensure client satisfaction.
Improve market position and contribute to financial growth.
Specific Responsibilities:
Establishing new business mainly corporate account.
First point of contact for all new potential client .
Looking after and respond to new business proposal, tender activities.
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
Demonstrating and presenting products.
Reviewing sales performance.
Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
Negotiating contracts and packages.
Develop effective management process, performance recognizing process to encourage work force.
Maintaining accurate records. Prepare business analysis report.
