Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure SOP and having a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these.
∎ Up to date Stock Control System and ensure inventories are accurate.
∎ Consolidate all stores production or stock plan according to the requirement.
∎ Monitor concrete production or procurement plan of materials, accessories, yarn, fabric or any other requirement depending on floor production plan.
∎ Assess concrete inventory of Accessories, Maintenance, Dyeing and Knitting store which were made depending on production plan.
∎ Monitor inventory to maintain standard stock balance.
∎ Ensure liaison with supplier to ensure on time availability of required materials as per floor production plan.
∎ Liaison with customers, suppliers and transport companies.
∎ Planning, coordinating and monitoring of all incoming & issued items.
∎ Establish all item's in allocated areas /proper racks with updates BIN card along with necessary information.
∎ Re-conciliation of items after order is shipped.
∎ Implementing & Marinating 5S
∎ Up to date Stock Control System and ensure inventories are accurate.
∎ Planning future capacity requirements.
∎ Ensure SOP and having a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these.
∎ Producing daily, weekly & monthly reports.
∎ Ensure effective use of power & Water.
∎ Ensure Housekeeping.
∎ Played an effective role to keep cost within budget
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Good Communication skill
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office
