∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

∎ Proven experience as a technical recruiter, with a focus on executive and senior-level positions within the software industry.
∎ Deep understanding of technical roles and the software development lifecycle.
∎ Strong sourcing skills with experience using various recruiting platforms and tools.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
∎ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
∎ Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

∎ Conduct candidate screening thorough screening CVs, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
∎ Partner with hiring managers and executives to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates, and deliver a seamless recruitment process.
∎ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
∎ Promote the company’s brand and culture through various channels to attract top technical talent.
∎ Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
∎ ts: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to provide strategic recruitment advice.
