∎ Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office/LibreOffice suite, and other relevant HR software applications.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, self-motivated approach to work. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team, while effectively adapting to shifting priorities.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and review KRA/KPI and job descriptions to measure the achievement of established goals.
∎ Design and update organograms.
∎ Ensure the timely completion of periodic performance appraisal processes.
∎ Review the performance appraisal process and implement appropriate programs to ensure regular feedback, clear communication, and proper documentation of feedback sessions.
∎ Analyze business structures, procedures, and processes to achieve optimal resource utilization.
∎ Analyze data and implement new data processes and systems in alignment with departmental goals.
∎ Design and implement various developmental initiatives, action plans, and programs.
