∎ Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering/ Industrial Engineering.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, preferably in towel or textile manufacturing setup.
∎ Strong knowledge of textile production processes, especially in towel manufacturing.
∎ Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Experience in using ERP systems will get preference.
∎ Efficient in business communication and coordination skills.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, monitor, and manage production plans to meet customer orders and deadlines.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly production schedules in alignment with production capacity and raw material availability.
∎ Analyze and forecast production requirements to avoid delays and ensure smooth operations.
∎ Collaborate with respective stakeholders to ensure timely availability of raw materials and accessories.
∎ Communicate effectively with the production and maintenance teams to address issues or bottlenecks.
∎ Work closely with the marketing/sales team to understand customer requirements and delivery timelines.
∎ Monitor production progress against schedules and identify variances or challenges.
∎ Optimize production processes to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and minimize downtime.
∎ Use data-driven insights to suggest improvements in production planning and execution.
∎ Oversee inventory levels to ensure availability of essential materials while avoiding overstocking.
∎ Plan for effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and other resources.
∎ Maintain records of production data, inventory, and schedules for reporting and analysis.
∎ Generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management.
∎ Document all production activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
