∎ Product Development:
∎ - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to develop new product concepts and enhance existing products.
∎ - Support the product development lifecycle from ideation through to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

∎ Market Research & Analysis:
∎ - Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for innovation in trims and packaging.
∎ - Analyze competitor products and industry advancements to inform innovative strategies.
∎
∎ Stakeholder Engagement:
∎ - Engage with customers, suppliers, and industry experts to gather insights and feedback on product performance and innovation opportunities.
∎ -Effectively communicating with CS marketing, product development and production, supply chain. Report according to top management.
∎ Idea Generation & Evaluation:
∎ - Foster a culture of innovation within the organization by encouraging idea generation from all levels of staff.
∎ - Evaluate and prioritize new product ideas based on feasibility, market potential, and alignment with company goals.
