Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate is to be experienced in working with reputed European/American Footwear buyers.
∎ Candidates having experience working with H&M and Zara Inditex will get preference.
∎ To manage all the annual and seasonal targets of orders from related buyers.
∎ The candidate must be able to manage the buyer from initial business communication to shipment.
∎ Candidates must ensure solid costing experience and good negotiation skills to fix the final price.
∎ Order management files have to be maintained daily.
∎ To ensure that every order complies with the buyer's requirements and to confirm the shoe delivery date.
∎ To generate BOM (Bill of Materials) for individual order sheets.
∎ Candidates will get a preference for shoe ERP knowledge and practical experience.
∎ Responsible for Sample query, CBD sheet, and order sheet for individual articles and orders in the ERP system.
∎ To ensure good communication with the buyers and material suppliers to meet buyer requirements & to ensure cross-functional activities with the R&D, planning, and SCM team members.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Job Context
∎ Experience in footwear manufacturing companies will get preference. It’s a full-time job. The job location will be at the factory premises located at Hotapara, Gazipur.
