Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee & monitor the engineering activities throughout the factory.
∎ Drive business excellence to create appropriate systems and install appropriate IT tools and processes for people productivity.
∎ Plan and organize activities schedule as per ROFO.
∎ Ensuring the standard & specification
∎ Train & motivate the maintenance team to ensure schedule maintenance, preventive maintenance, opportunity maintenance and shutdown maintenance for all equipment’s and machinery.
∎ Ensure random inspection of all Machinery and equipment’s e.g. Packing Machines, Milling Machinery and equipment’s, air compressors, pump motors, water softener plant etc.
∎ Responsible for all scheduled maintenance timely prepared and timely done.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent command on Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance
∎ Good knowledge on mechanical & electrical spare parts of milling industry
