Job Summary

Montrims Ltd. is seeking energetic, skilled, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Executive / Sr. Executive – Laboratory Coloration, Narrow Fabric Dyeing / Continuous Dyeing. The selected candidates will be responsible for color development, laboratory testing, dyeing process control, shade consistency, quality assurance, and production support to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Laboratory Coloration

  • Develop and match colors according to customer standards and approved shade cards.
  • Prepare laboratory dyeing recipes and conduct shade development trials.
  • Perform color evaluation and fastness testing as per buyer requirements.
  • Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and color databases.
  • Support new product development and sample preparation activities.
  • Troubleshoot coloration issues and provide technical solutions.

Narrow Fabric Dyeing / Continuous Dyeing

  • Monitor and control dyeing processes to ensure consistent quality and production efficiency.
  • Develop and optimize dyeing recipes and process parameters.
  • Ensure shade consistency, color fastness, and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Laboratory teams.
  • Analyze process deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Optimize the utilization of dyes, chemicals, water, steam, and other resources.
  • Maintain production records and process documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
