Responsibilities & Context:
Act as the first point of contact for all IR & grievance-related issues.
Maintain a positive relationship between management and workers to ensure a peaceful working environment.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law, Labor Rules, and factory regulations.
Handle disciplinary matters, show cause, warning, and domestic inquiries in line with compliance standards.
Liaise with government bodies, labor inspectors, and compliance auditors.
Conduct employee counseling, awareness sessions, and communication forums.
Maintain proper documentation on workers’ IR & compliance issues.
