Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Industrial Engineering (IE), Industrial and Production Engineering(IPE) or Textile Engineering (TE) from BUET, SUST, KUET, BUTEX.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Candidates who have experience in Industrial Engineering (Woven Garments) are highly encouraged to apply.
- Instruct & implement the machine layout along with the right manpower.
- Ensure line efficiency with allocated manpower. Prepare Skill matrix for recruiting & grading the new employee.
- Time study, capacity study, and follow-up study of the running style and take appointment measures.
- Setting up of lines so to help to achieve set targets. Find out bottlenecks solve problems if any.
- Ensure supply chain operation and achieve maximum output. Motivate workers to achieve higher productivity.
- Identify best performers and award incentives to deserving workers.
- Any other job assigned by seniors/ management.
