Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Beverage, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze manpower requisition from the concerned unit to know the every details for the specific position.
∎ Prepare Job descriptions & Job specifications and post JD on Bdjobs or newspaper after analyzing the jobs in details
∎ Conduct telephonic screening session after shortlisting CVs and prepare summary sheet of the shortlisted profiles
∎ Attend & coordinate the interview session of Salespeople in different parts of the country
∎ Negotiate salary with selected candidates & take approval from Management after preparing manpower recruitment note
∎ Provide offer letter & complete joining & onboarding formalities to the new joiner
∎ Maintain database of CV Pool for future recruitment & Candidates in the panel list.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having experience in hiring sales force for FMCG Products will get preference
∎ Good drafting & typing skills in both Bangla and English
∎ Practical experience over Microsoft Office Package, email communication
∎ Should be able to speak clearly with proper accent in both Bangla and English
∎ Interpersonal and Organizing skill
∎ Physical fitness to travel
