Job Responsibilities:
∎ Enter new employee's data into Payroll software.
∎ To prepare daily attendance report, leave report, absenteeism report.
∎ To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure.
∎ To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection,
∎ Prepare regular wages, Overtime and allowances.
∎ To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ Maintain monthly payroll management according to Personnel file.
∎ Motivate, Counsel the Workers & staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
∎ Prepare materials for Employee Training & Development and conducting Induction Program.
∎ Conduct background check, reference check and verify identity before confirming employment of candidate.
∎ Coordinate with new employee's probation period and confirmation formalities.
∎ To maintain management guidelines in preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ Conduct TNA, and prepare document for employee training program.
∎ To maintain employees movement, monitoring system, employee turnover, and recruitment status.
∎ Prepare Draft letter like memos, office order, circular, notice, meeting minutes of coordination meetings, statutory meetings and other administrative letters if required.
∎ Implement HR policy across the organization and ensure discipline in the work place.
∎ Prepare different letters on staff hiring, training, salary review, promotion, increment, experience, employment, salary Certificate, and disciplinary measure ( warning letter, show-cause, termination, dismissal) taken for management.
∎ Update regular performance observation note by supervisor to personal file.
∎ Record monthly and yearly performance report by the supervision of HR head.
∎ Provide different types of HR related queries, benefits and administrative support to employee.
∎ Aid in handover process, prepare settlement & release letter and conduct exit interview from leaving employee.
