Education:
∎ Diploma/ Bachelor in Engineering (BSc) in EEE, Chemical IPE & Mechanical in public or any reputed private University.

∎ Age 20 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Supervise production line operation in accordance as per schedule.
∎ 2. Follow production schedule on basis of Battery assembly plan.
∎ 3. Train and coach production line employees.
∎ 4. Supervise all operations during assigned shift and effectively provide direction to relevant plant
∎ Operators
∎ 5. Make sure duty handover to another officer as when we leave.
∎ Conduct employee performance reviews.
∎ 7. Maintain daily Activities report (software) /daily floor report need for production.
∎ 8. Complete work status reports for production progress, Work in progress and material inventory.
∎ 9. Machine fault attend and solved.
∎ 10. Machine fault analysis.
∎ 11. Responsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product
∎ Within specifications. Reject product outside of specifications.
∎ 12. Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers. Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels.
∎ 13. Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
∎ 14. Communicate with Shift Supervisors and Manager.
∎ 15. Make sure all equipment/machine calibration.
∎ 16. Ensure PPE, health and safety of production peoples and maintain all the process as per ISO
∎ Standard.
∎ 17. Maintain and implement periodic training, Evaluation & performance of QMS, OHSAH & EMS
∎ 18. Make sure proper housekeeping.
