∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer Operating, Computer skill, IT Support Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate all user support (Computer troubleshooting/ support on software installation, HW replacement, UPS, Printers, and Projectors etc.). Ensure Antivirus update on regular basis.
∎ Ensuring smooth TCP/IP based LAN & WAN communication using routers, switches, radio modems, WIFI and fibre optics devices.
∎ Optimize connectivity and bandwidth for faster data transmission in coordination with Network Administrator as per policy.
∎ Ensure technical support of Attendance Management System (New user card entry, delete card existing user from local system), maintain IP Camera system etc.
∎ Assist in SAP user support, administrative support for the project phase, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely administrative support as when required.
∎ IT Inventory Management: Update, edit, remove, relocate and constant collaboration with Finance team to ensure update with Asset Register.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers in terms of procurement and configuration issues and receive IT general equipment and setup assisting supervisor.
∎ Constant and consistent compliance with SH&E, ISO and other compliances and policies in daily work and responsible for reporting incidents, unsafe practices and hazards to immediate supervisor by fulfilling requirements.
∎ Provide users organizational email ID and configure user with data for attendance system, Website & Email maintenance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ 2 or 3 years of experience for Executive Position, longer experience for Senior Executive.
∎ Experience in user support and IT trouble shooting.
∎ Background/ Experience in SAP will be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable
