Responsibilities & Context:

Position Summary: The Head of Corporate & Industrial Sales will be responsible for Leading B2B Lubricant Sales Strategies, driving business growth through industrial, corporate and OEM channels and fostering long term partnership across the energy and Manufacturing landscape.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted business development strategies for industrial, corporate, power generation, and OEM clients.
  • Formulate and oversee product launch plans, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies that align with corporate goals.
  • Lead the direct sales efforts across B2B channels, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and volume growth.
  • Identify and evaluate market trends, sector-specific opportunities, and emerging geographic zones with business potential.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of corporate and industrial clients through active market visits, client interactions, and opportunity mapping.
  • Ensure achievement of assigned market share and business volume targets by segment and territory.
  • Conduct detailed market analysis to monitor competition and devise responsive counter-strategies.
  • Prepare business profiles for key industrial segments (e.g., power plants, OEMs, manufacturers, EPCs) and their channel ecosystems.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through technical advisory, proactive support, and value-driven engagement.
  • Resolve client issues with urgency, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Drive visibility and brand presence through effective merchandising and product placement strategies in key industrial zones and trade channels.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasting, and strategic sales metrics to senior management.
  • Motivate, coach, and lead the sales team to deliver high performance, encouraging accountability, initiative, and professional growth.
