Responsibilities & Context:

We are BrokenTube, a fast-growing SaaS platform and Chrome Extension designed to help YouTube creators, affiliate marketers, and agencies recover lost affiliate revenue by fixing broken links at scale. We are looking for a highly driven SaaS Growth Marketer to join our team. If you understand MRR, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and how to market software products to global tech-savvy audiences, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SaaS Growth Strategy: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns specifically tailored to acquire YouTube creators and management agencies.

  • Content & SEO: Manage the BrokenTube blog, optimize content for search engines (SEO/GEO) to drive organic traffic, and oversee content distribution.

  • Social Media & Community: Build and scale our brand presence on platforms like X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Reddit, engaging with the creator economy.

  • Outreach & Lead Gen: Run targeted cold email campaigns and direct outreach to high-ticket prospects (YouTube Agencies and large channels).

  • Conversion Optimization: Analyze user journeys from the 'Free Plan' to 'Creator Pro' and 'Agency' tiers, tweaking copy and campaigns to improve conversion rates.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track marketing KPIs, user sign-ups, and campaign ROI using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and GTM.
