∎ Rock Energy Limited is the Sole Distributor for Chevron Global Lubricants and Caltex Brand for Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for enthusiastic, committed, self-motivated and energetic personnel to fill out the following position who will be contribute to attain our business expansion needs and be a part of Rock Energy Limited.
∎ Location: N/A
∎ Preferred Job Location South Bengal (Khulna & Barisal Division).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulating of business strategies, implementation of product launches and promotional activities, budgeting and review of policies to enhance products and services.
∎ Concentrate on sale of lubricants through retail, & direct business.
∎ The accomplishment of the sales target / objectives will be determined on the basis of the territory, market potential.
∎ Ensure the achievement of rightful market share, and determine the correct market potential, retailers' sales potential, mechanic population and profile irrespective of channels like Bus/Truck/Covered Van fleet, passenger's car, as well as independent service stations to extract business to achieve sales goals.
∎ Maintain proper communication with the customer to stimulate conversion.
∎ Analyze competitor activities and propose counter strategies.
∎ Report on sales and marketing activities for management review.
∎ Responsible to exhibit attractive product display, confirm merchandising for visibility and creating impulse buying of the motoring customers as well as direct customers of the different channels.
∎ Motivate team members to achieve sales, penetration and visibility target and suggest areas of improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of practical working experience in the field of Sales & Marketing.
∎ Sound communication skill and Good Computer knowledge.
