Job Responsibilities:
∎ Concentrate on sale of lubricants through retail, & direct business.
∎ The accomplishment of the sales target / objectives will be determined on the basis of the territory, market potential.
∎ Ensure the achievement of rightful market share, and determine the correct market potential, retailers' sales potential, mechanic population and profile irrespective of channels like Bus/Truck/Covered Van fleet, passenger's car, as well as independent service stations to extract business to achieve their objectives and sales goals.
∎ Maintain proper communication with the customer to stimulate customer conversion.
∎ Analyze competitor activities and propose counter strategies.
∎ Report on sales and marketing activities for management review.
∎ Responsible to exhibit attractive product display, confirm merchandising for visibility and creating impulse buying of the motoring customers as well as direct customers of the different channels.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ 3 to 5 years of practical working experience in the field of Sales & Marketing.
∎ Sound communication skill and Good Computer knowledge
∎ Business Acumen.
