Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters in HRM from any reputed University.
∎ PGDHRM will get more preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Disseminate fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them;
∎ Recruitment and Employee Screening;
∎ Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees;
∎ To ensure employee counseling & motivation, specially counseling employees who are stressed;
∎ Execute & finalize yearly performance management and analyze the employee’s performance with previous years; Work with departmental heads during appraisals;
∎ Prepare yearly increments, promotion letters, and letters for appreciation and improvement of employee performance;
∎ Support for preparation of any kind of payment sheet (salary & wages, allowance, Bonus, advance, EL encasement, etc.);
∎ Prepare any kinds of report; monthly HR report, department-wise service analysis report, comparative analysis with production and manpower cost, salary analysis;
∎ Administration of attendance data, incident records, medical insurance, and work injury claims;
∎ Manage employees’ grievances; Resolve Workplace Conflicts, staff grievances, disciplinary issues, and termination;
∎ Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention;
∎ Introducing employee wellness programs; Creating company policies based on best practices;
∎ Remembering employee birthdays and important event dates;
∎ To ensure employee attendance management and help leave management process;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Working experience in HR Department with reputed Baberage/ Manufacture Industry.
∎ Must have good English communication skills both written & oral.
∎ Must have knowledge of MS Excel advanced level.
∎ Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law - 2006 and Labor Rules - 2015.
