• Responsible to monitor that the goods are being received from production on time as per plan.Responsible to collect the packing list & handover in packing & respective areas.
• Responsible to monitor & collect the packing accessories, buyer PO, packing method, style details ratio details for packing.
• Responsible to monitor & control the respective process (pack receiving, baler packing, carton packing, storing, pallet making, loading).
• Achieve the given production targets as per the department base line. Monitor the finishing related process in order to meet on time shipment.
• Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on time inspections.
• Finishing operation control & ability to handle the inspections with external buying office audits.
• Have the ability to manage his team in finishing & packing with good results.
• Maintain Daily output finishing & packing, record.Follow up the shipment plan weekly & monthly with the planning department. 
• Maintain the Buyer’s quality requirements.
• Measurement of cartoon, Poly bags for the merchandise. 
• Supervise the shipment loading & unloading. 
• Achieve the requirements through department coordination. 
• Responsible to coordinate with respective department to solve the issues.
• Responsible to achieve departmental objective/target/KPI & achieve it.
• Responsible to ship out the goods as per shipment plan.Maintain the quality policy & objective.
• Responsible to full fill the requirements of ISO,5S & buyer.
• Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
• Ensuring quality, delivery and budget objectives are met as per the company procedure.
• Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; coordinating, monitoring and maintaining an inventory of all finished goods received from production, whilst arranging for their dispatch and subsequently taking measures to transfer the balances to the stores for reconciliation.
• Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment while following CT PAT security Process.
• Ensure health and safety, cleanliness procedures are maintained at all times and any behaviors of subordinates that could effect the H&S risks are necessary.
• Any duties & responsibilities assigned  by the Management from time to time, as deemed necessary.
