Experience:
7 to 10 years’ experience in Garments ERP, Garments Domain and Software Development.
At most 40 years of age
Experience with Garments ERP systems and apparel manufacturing processes.
Experience leading teams through full development and implementation lifecycle of ERP solutions.
Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL queries.Familiarity with Power BI or other data analysis tools.
Knowledge of Oracle APEX or similar software development tools (preferred).
Experience in any AI project. (a strong advantage).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding and work with databases, API, data structures, and integration processes.
Excellent communication skills (fluent English, ability to present and explain technical concepts clearly).
Customer service mindset (patience, responsiveness to end-users).
Ability to map business processes to ERP functionalities.
Understanding data security, compliance, and audit requirements.
Lead MIS and Software development team for implementation and daily issues.
Oversee ERP and Production Tracking software operations, including troubleshooting, updates, patches, and new implementations.
Optimize and upgrade Power BI reports on existing and new requirements.
Analyze Oracle database structures, write SQL queries, and optimize query performance.
Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Maintain ERP documentation (reports, user manuals, FAQs, BRD, SRS).
Manage end-to-end software development processes, including planning, execution, and closure.
Conduct regular discussions with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues, optimize workflows, and address requirements.
Provide weekly and monthly project updates to management, highlighting status, risks, and action plans.
Conduct ERP training sessions for new and existing employees.
Gather user feedback to improve ERP usability and guide to make workflow and tutorials for common ERP tasks.
Perform routine system audits (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Ensure ERP compliance with regulations, industry standards, data security, and privacy policies.
Analyze data to provide actionable insights for organizational planning and operations.
