∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Look-after the quality issue and prepare reports that portray the technical flaws of motorcycle.
∎ Monitor the welding quality of chassis and other components like Chassis, rear fork, side-stand, main-stand, foot-peg etc.
∎ Monitor the painting process to assure required quality. Examine the sub-assembly line, PPI and QC process regarding to quality and suggest for improvement.
∎ Monitor by comp. QC to provide the quality of components before production.
∎ Work with assembly section to provide motorcycle as per delivery demand with the consent of authority.
∎ Prepare report of technical problem model wise and attend meeting with authority to recover that problem.
