TBD Holidays is looking for energetic, smart, and target-oriented individuals for the position of Executive, Sales & Reservation (Hajj & Tourism). The candidate must have practical knowledge and experience in Hajj & Umrah package sales, tourism package sales, reservation handling, and customer support.

The ideal candidate should be capable of communicating with clients professionally, handling travel-related queries, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Sell Hajj, Umrah, International & Domestic Tour Packages & Visa like (Asia, Europe, UK, Australia & etc.)

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, and direct meetings.

• Provide proper consultation regarding Hajj, Umrah, visa processing, hotel booking, and air ticketing.

• Maintain reservation and booking procedures efficiently.

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.

• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and travel documents.

• Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

• Support promotional and marketing activities when required.
