Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/ Masters in Business Administration or Commerce
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Proforma Invoice as per requirement of Buyer
∎ LC follow-up from provided PI & scrutinize clean LC
∎ Monitor the daily stock report & prepare delivery plan for sending store department. inventory
∎ Monitor and ensure up-to-date goods movement record and data are correctly updated in the system
∎ Prepare sales statements as required.
∎ Assist the manager to identify and develop improvements plans for the sales planning.
∎ Manage the order processing in SAP
∎ Delivery follow-up regularly for different buyers.
∎ Prepare commercial documents, Submit to buyers, return the acceptance timely
∎ Prepare post documents, submit to bank.
∎ Follow-up of maturity & payments from different buyers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good knowledge on commercial procedures, terms & banking.
∎ Sound knowledge on computer operating system
