• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Spinning

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Yarn Sales & Marketing (Spinning industry), with at least 3-5 years in a senior managerial position.

• Strong understanding of Rotor, Carded, and Ring yarn types and their market applications.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets.

• Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making ability.

• Develop and implement annual sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and price fluctuations in local and export markets.

• Set and monitor monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team.

• Identify and develop new markets, buyers, and agents both locally and internationally.

• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and agents.

• Work closely with the production team to ensure quality, delivery timelines, and product innovation (Rotor, Carded, Ring yarn).

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and departmental objectives.

• Prepare and present monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

• Maintain an updated database of customers, sales pipeline, and market insights.
