Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source the best talent.
∎ Recruit for the USA IT, Healthcare and Engineering market.
∎ Provide recruiting solutions to complex staffing issues.
∎ Review and assess resumes and interview applications.
∎ Conduct background check of the prospective candidates.
∎ Refer candidates to the client organizations for possible recruitment.
∎ Consult and interact with hiring managers on hiring strategies.
∎ Prepare and process compensation processes and issues.
∎ Build customer relations with client organizations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Must be excellent in English Fluency and Writing.
∎ Must be able to speak and communicate well with candidates and clients.
∎ Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a Technical Recruiter.
∎ Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., Teams, and Zoom)
∎ Must have knowledhe in software technologies (Java, Visual Basics, C++, etc)
∎ Must have ready to go infrastructure (Including Laptop, good wifi connection, etc..).
∎ Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for all roles.
∎ Working on EST/ US Hours (BD Time 7pm-3am).
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
